Data and integrity policy

Responsible publisher

Alido Agency Hub AB is responsible for the Alido feed platform and its content in the sense of Swedish law (ansvarig utgivare).

What data we process

Alido feed processes data that you choose to export or to build feeds from:

• Product and article data from connected systems (e.g. Fortnox) that you export to CSV or similar formats.
• Data from external URLs that you configure in FeedStudio (e.g. CSV, JSON, XML). We fetch, filter and transform this data to produce feed URLs; we do not store the original source content longer than necessary to generate the feed.
• Account and organization data (e.g. email, organization name) to manage access and to show you the right feeds and schedules.

We do not modify your original sources

Alido feed only reads from your connected systems and from the external URLs you configure. We do not write to, edit or delete data in your Fortnox account or in any external original source. Exports and feeds are copies; the originals remain unchanged and under your control.

Stored data

We store:

• Your account and organization information needed to run the service.
• Configuration for your feeds (e.g. selected columns, schedules, filter rules).
• Generated feed files (e.g. CSV) that are served via feed URLs; these may be overwritten when you run a new export or when a scheduled job runs.

We use the data only to operate the platform, to deliver your feeds, and to fulfil legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Security and access

Access to the platform is restricted to logged-in users. Feed URLs can be protected with a password that you set. Data is stored and transmitted in line with current security practice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of Alido feed after changes means you accept the updated policy.
